Sign a Training Agreement

Work with your employer, MECTA, and your school to finalise your training agreement, outlining the duration, qualification details, and responsibilities.

What Happens After School?

If you don’t complete your traineeship or apprenticeship before finishing school, you can continue your training by converting to full-time or part-time employment to complete the qualification.
