Aimed at Early Childhood Educators starting their journey as a Lead Educator, providing techniques and methods to handle situations that often arise in the Lead Educator role.
What you'll learn
Sometimes moving into a Lead Educator role can be confronting. This course teaches techniques and methods to handle situations that often arise in the Lead Educator role. To complete this course you must have access to a mentor who is already in a Lead Educator or Management role.
These sections will cover:
- The responsibilities of a Lead Educator
- How to support your team
- How to support a parent with grievances
Duration & Scheduling
This is a self paced online course which requires you to complete 8 sections. The course takes between 8-10 hours to complete, however we suggest you complete the sections over a period of two weeks to allow time for reflection on the information gained.
